The lobby renovation concept imagines a modular cypress vault that functions as a gateway and gathering space for the existing residential complex. The program calls for an interactive sitting area served by state-of-the-art audiovisual display technologies carefully integrated into the architecture of the cypress wood armature. Cast in place, and precast terrazzo floor and wall finishes combine with textured wood surfaces to create a warm and joyful space for reception, waiting, and repose.
